We deliver worldwide and offer complimentary returns globally; however, any mandatory consumer protection rights under the laws of the country of delivery will apply in addition to these Terms.

Orders & Payments

All payments must be authorized and cleared before shipment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of payment issues, fraud suspicion, stock unavailability, or technical errors.
Shipping
We offer complimentary worldwide shipping. Delivery times vary by destination, and while we strive to deliver promptly, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon confirmed delivery.
Returns
You may return eligible products within fourteen (14) days of receipt, subject to UAE consumer protection laws. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include the dust bag, authentication card, and all original packaging. Complimentary return shipping is provided. Products showing signs of wear, alteration, or misuse will not be accepted.
Warranty
Our handbags are covered by a one (1) year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs. If a defect is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.
