We want you to love your AYZAHD bag. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase in accordance with the following terms:

Return Period: You may return eligible products within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery, in line with UAE consumer protection laws.

Condition of Returned Items: Products must be returned unused, in original condition, and with all packaging, dust bag, labels, and the authentication card intact. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or misuse will not be accepted.

Complimentary Returns: We offer free return shipping worldwide. Please contact our Customer Care team to arrange collection and receive your return instructions.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 working days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Warranty on Defects: All AYZAHD handbags are covered by a one (1) year warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by normal wear, misuse, or accidents.
