Delivery Times
United Arab Emirates: Dubai Express: Same-day delivery within 2–5 hours (for orders placed before 12:00 p.m.). Standard UAE: Next-day delivery for all orders across the Emirates.
GCC: Estimated delivery within 3–4 working days.
International: Estimated delivery within 5–7 working days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns You may return your purchased products within 14 days free of charge by using the return label included with your order.
Duties and Taxes Orders shipped outside the UAE may be subject to customs duties or import taxes in the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Delivery Conditions Risk of loss passes to you upon confirmed delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including customs, courier delays, or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
Address Changes If you wish to change your delivery address, please contact our Customer Care team before your order has been dispatched. Once shipped, address changes are no longer possible.
